Over the last few days there have been some disturbing
developments in the Middle East. There’s no doubt
these events have gotten us all a little worried about
the future. No one likes uncertainty, especially when
a full-blown regional conflict is about to unfold. At
the very least this conflict will affect the wallets
of every single American, $4 a gallon gas could be a
reality very soon. While that may not be a good thing,
it will be something that will awaken Americans to the
reality that our government is not controlled by its
citizens.
Instead it’s controlled by a small minority who
are intent on making sure that their people and interests
are protected. This self-serving policy of the “chosen”
people is not only going to put our interests at risk,
but the interests of the entire world. Recently the
President of Iran had said that “The Islamic world
is about to explode”. He had made that comment
before Israel had bombed and invaded Lebanon. One can
only wonder at this point what will happen next.
The ongoing conflict between Israel and Lebanon is
likely to expand and affect Syria, Iran and guess who
else? America. It’s very likely that we will be
held to account for our one-sided support of Israel.
One only needs to look at the Israel’s military
equipment to get a better understanding of our government’s
funding of the Jewish state. We give the Israeli government
billions of dollars worth of military equipment and
money each year.
We do this only because Israel has the most powerful
lobby in Washington and because they’re able to
lobby our politicians to send them this aid. U.S. government
support for Israel has been going on since the Jewish
state was created in 1948. Since its creation Israel
has terrorized its neighbors and done some of the most
inhumane things imaginable to the Palestinian people.
It’s this Jewish state-sponsored terrorism and
our government support of it which has earned our nation
the hatred of the entire Muslim world. Some people are
foolish enough to believe that 9/11 was about Al Qaeda
hating our freedoms, but that had absolutely nothing
to do with it. What Al Qaeda hates is that our government
gives Israel F-16’s, M-1 Abrams tanks, M-16’s
and a host of other weapons to kill and terrorize Israel’s
neighbors. Our continued support of Israel has cost
us too much money and too many American lives. The sooner
we stop supporting Jewish state-sponsored terrorism
the better off we’ll be.
